WinSupervisor Pro is a software product developed and sold by Ruben Rota, operating under the brand NSG.ch. Our website is winsupervisor.nsg.ch. Contact: info@nsg.ch

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

  • Full name
  • Email address — this is your unique identifier in our system
  • Billing address for invoice purposes
  • License key assigned to your purchase
  • Number of PCs on which the license has been activated

We do not collect phone numbers or any unnecessary personal data.

We do not collect any data from inside the WinSupervisor Pro application. The software operates entirely on your local machine and sends no telemetry or usage data to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process your purchase and deliver your license key
  • To send order confirmation and invoice by email
  • To verify license validity during software activation
  • To provide customer support when requested
  • To notify you of major software updates (you may opt out at any time)

4. License Key Format and Security

Each license is identified by a unique key in the format WSP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX — 25 randomly generated alphanumeric characters. This key is mathematically unique and cannot be guessed or replicated. It is tied to your email address and the number of PCs covered by your license.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by WooPayments (Stripe) and PayPal. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle your payment data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly required by law or to process your payment (see section 5).

7. Data Retention

We retain your purchase data for as long as required by Portuguese and EU tax law (typically 10 years). You may request deletion of your data at any time — see section 9 for the procedure.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data and deactivation of your license
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request data portability

9. Data Deletion and License Deactivation

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@nsg.ch.

Important: deletion of your data results in permanent deactivation of your license. The software will continue to function for 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed, after which it will be deactivated.

The deletion procedure requires the following steps to protect your account:

  • You send a deletion request to info@nsg.ch
  • We send a confirmation link to your registered email address
  • Only by clicking that link will the procedure be initiated
  • You will receive a final confirmation email with the deactivation date

Third-party requests: deletion can only be requested and confirmed by the registered account holder. WinSupervisor Pro is not responsible for unauthorized requests confirmed through the registered email account. The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their email credentials.

10. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies required for the shopping cart and checkout process (WooCommerce). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
