Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all WinSupervisor Pro licenses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@nsg.ch with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Digital Product — No Physical Return Required

WinSupervisor Pro is a digital software product. No physical return is required. Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted, except in cases of technical issues directly caused by WinSupervisor Pro that we are unable to resolve.

5. Major Version Upgrades

Your license covers the version purchased and all minor updates within that version. Major version upgrades (e.g. v1.x to v2.x) are available to existing customers at a discounted price. These upgrade purchases are also covered by the 30-day refund policy.
